St Andrew’s Weekend Away

What to expect:

Our weekend away will be held at Kents Hill Park Conference Centre in Milton Keynes. We've worked hard to negotiate an excellent deal and, while it is more expensive than camping, we hope you will enjoy the luxury of solid walls, a roof, ensuite bathrooms, and fully catered meals.

If you secure your place with a deposit before the 31st March, you will benefit from our early-bird rate.

We know that cost can be a real concern, and we do not want this to prevent anyone from joining us. We are grateful that we already have a gift towards our bursary fund. If you need financial assistance, please do ask. And if you are able, please consider contributing to help others come.

We have a full programme planned, with plenty of flexibility so you can opt in and out of activities as you wish. Alongside the main teaching sessions, there will be lots happening throughout the weekend.

Day Tripper Tickets

We know that not everyone can attend the whole weekend, but we would love as many people as possible to join us for part of it. A day-trip ticket (including Saturday lunch) will be available closer to the time.

Children's Programme

There will be a children's programme during the main teaching sessions, as well as various family activities throughout the weekend. 

Youth Programme

A full youth programme will also run across the weekend, with some optional off site activities carrying an additional charge.

FAQs

  • We will cater for those with vegetarian, vegan, gluten or dairy free diets and nut allergies. We may be able to cater for other allergies but please do be in touch to let us know.

    All food and drink is provided other than drinks at the bar?

  • We will send out a packing list ahead of time.

    The swimming pool is for over 16 and will need proof of ID.

  • If you are wanting to come but can’t get yourself there please let us know and we will arrange a lift for you.

  • Please speak to us for specific needs and we will try to resolve any issues.

  • We have tried to make the weekend as affordable as possible, however, if it is still beyond your budget then do get in touch as we would far rather have you join us and there are a number of bursary places available.

  • Please note that when the children are not in the organised group time they are the responsibility of their parents as they would be at any other event.
