You will:

• be responsible for a portfolio of responsibilities which may include: pastoral care, discipleship and small group ministries, missional and evangelistic outreach, overseeing and developing our Ministry Trainee Programme, or developing our approach to global mission.

• develop preaching and teaching programmes to encourage discipleship and mission.

• have people skills that enable you to line manage key ministerial staff, develop and support curates and placement students, and further develop lay ministry across the church.

• be a pro-active, servant-hearted, self starter, wanting to lead mission and ministry with others, a trusted colleague, who shapes culture through their positive Christ-like contributions.

It may be that you come from an existing Associate role, be seeking an Associate ministry before incumbency, or be looking for a different shape of ministry in this season.  If your passion is for Jesus, transformation of lives by His Spirit, and for the family of God (now and not yet) - then we look forward to your expression of interest and application.
