Come and be part of a global wave of prayer as together with Christians across the world, we cry out for God's Kingdom to come.

The Week

How to get involved

We would love church family to come along to as many of the events as you're able to. Below is a brief outline of what to expect and some of what's happening. There is an introductory video here: javascript:playMedia(228112,' ');

Early morning prayer (7.30am Monday-Friday)
Join us first thing in the morning as we pray for God's Kingdom to come. These times of prayer will be a mix of liturgy, sung worship, and time for open prayer. This will look a little different on Friday morning, as we join in with the regular Friday morning prayer group for a time of more open prayer and worship.

Prayer for the day (9am Tuesday-Friday)
A short time of prayer (around twenty minutes) where we read a passage from Scripture together and pray for the day ahead.

Family prayer (4-5.30pm Wednesday)
Open to all ages, this is a time of creative prayer as we pray for God's Kingdom to come. There'll be activities to get involved with and a chance for families of whatever shape and size to come and pray together a part of the church family. We'll finish off with dinner together at 5.30pm. It would be really helpful for catering purposes if you could let us know if you're coming - you can sign up here.

Parish prayer walk (6.30pm Wednesday)
We'll be heading out in small groups to walk round our parish and pray for everyone who lives, studies, and works within its boundaries. Maps etc. will be provided (just make sure you bring suitable attire for whatever the weather is doing!).

24/7 Prayer

As well as all the above events, we'll be running 24/7 prayer (in the Prayer Room) from 6am-10pm Thursday and Friday, and 6am-10am Saturday. We'd love to cover all the available slots in prayer as we seek God's Kingdom. It really helps if you sign up for a slot so we can see who is praying when. To sign up, follow this link.
